Support Work at Solune Wellness
Holistic, Person-Centred NDIS Support
Compassionate Support Rooted in Wellness and Intuition
At Solune Wellness, Support Work is grounded in presence, connection, and genuine care. I provide personalised, heart-led support for NDIS participants and individuals seeking assistance that goes beyond basic daily tasks — support that honours emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and the whole person.
This service is ideal for people who value trauma-aware, culturally respectful, and wellness-focused support, delivered at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
About Me
When I’m not supporting others, I ground myself through Pilates, find balance through meditation, and explore creativity through cooking and art. These practices are not just personal interests — they inform how I show up as a support worker, helping me remain calm, regulated, and present in my work.
I believe everyone deserves to feel supported not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well. My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply person-centred, recognising that wellbeing is shaped by trust, safety, and genuine connection.
Each interaction is guided by compassion, patience, and respect for the individual behind the support plan.
