Solune Wellness offers in person holistic wellness sessions designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to your body. These sessions are ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or in need of gentle, respectful support away from the noise and demands of daily life.

Each session is tailored to you and may include a blend of bodywork, movement, breathwork, and energy based practices, depending on what you need on the day.
