Gentle, personalised support in a calm, nurturing space.
Solune Wellness is a home based sanctuary in Woody Point, offering holistic wellbeing sessions designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system in a gentle, natural way. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to you, drawing from a blend of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, relaxation massage, sound healing, energy healing, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement—depending on what you need in the moment.
This is a calm, nurturing space where you can step away from the noise of daily life, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply in need of quiet support, these sessions are here to help you reset, restore balance, and feel more grounded in your body. A space to pause.
